He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Harlukowicz and Jeanne Harlukowicz (Wanamaker); and his sister-in-law Luci Clyne (Barry). He is survived by: his wife Carmella Harlukowicz (Mastrangelo); his son Johnathan Harlukowicz; his brother Jim Harlukowicz (Fran) of Naples, FL.; and his siblings-in-law, Angelo Mastrangelo (Stacey) and Theresa Daniels.
