He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Devin and Marjorie Devin (Ross). He is survived by: his children, Johna Cutlip of Cumberland, Chuck Devin (Jennifer) of Naples, FL, Bill Devin (Nicole) of Blanford, MA and Jamie Devin (Monica) of Davie, FL; and his brothers, Tom Devin (Susan) of Burbank, CA, Bob Devin (Susan) of Reno, NV and Peter Devin (Katie) of Southington, CT. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, three great grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews.
