Joseph T. Donato Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph T. Donato of Avon, Connecticut, born in Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on October 18, 2025, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Donato (Emilia Patitucci) and Joe; and his brother Louis Donato. He is survived by: his wife Henrietta Zalaski; his children, James, Thomas, Louise (Kaczmarek) and Susan; his children-in-law, Thomas Kaczmarek and Nonie Donato; his grandchildren, Matthew Donato (Kristin), Amanda (Michael Dauphinais), Gregory, Aaron, Emily Donato, Evelyn, Adele, John Kaczmarek, Harvey and Simon Alexander; his great grandchildren, Lillian, Caroline Dauphinais, Joseph and Vincent Donato; Lisa. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, sisters-in-law, and cousins.
