Joyce Tovey Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joyce Tovey of Avon, Connecticut, who passed away on October 10, 2022 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond J. Heagerty and Marion Quinn Heagerty; her spouse Thomas E. Tovey; her siblings, William Heagerty and Marilyn Dann; and her siblings-in-law, Ruth, Walter Sova, Carol, Ronald Sova, Rose Heagerty, Joan Heagerty, Joseph Osetek and Bill Dann.
She is survived by: her children, Marion Morton (Frank Cirillo), Margaret Haldeman (Charles), Paul Tovey (Bonita) and Thomas R. Tovey (Christine Collins); her granddaughters, Katharine Haldeman, Allison Tovey and Amanda Tovey; her sister Diane Osetek of Oswego; and her siblings-in-law, Dawn and Bob Dashner (Oswego). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
