Powers of Avon, Connecticut, born in East Boston, Massachusetts, who passed away on August 17, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband James J. Powers; and her siblings, Benny, Alfred, Anna and Lucy.
She is survived by: her children, James J. Powers Jr. (Jennifer) of Avon, CT, Maryellen Powers (Nathaniel Hammond) of Louisville, KY and Jeanne Powers; and her grandchildren, Alexander Powers (Xinyi), Suzanna Powers, Rebecca Powers, Max Powers and Thomas Powers-Hammond. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
