She is survived by : her children, Doug Sambrook (Bonnie) of Kyle, TX, David Sambrook (Dina) of Alpharetta, GA and Jaimie Sambrook of Canton; her siblings, Ann Morris (James) of Allendale, NJ, Jack Muhler (Kathryn) of Nellies Ford, VA and David Muehleisen (Cheryl) of Olympia, WA; her grandchildren, Apollonia Sambrook, Ace Sambrook and Summer Steele; her nieces and nephews, Heather, Mary Beth, Katie, Laura, Claire, John and Kurt; and her great-nephew Danny Oleary.
