D. Wade of San Francisco, CA and Douglas Wade (Diane) of Berlin; his brother-in-law Eric Anderson; and his cousins, Robert, Richard, Raymond, Ronald Chance and Anthony Gastin. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
