Shirley Forman Zeldis Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Forman Zeldis of Avon, Connecticut, born in Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on July 31, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband George Zeldis; her son David Zeldis; and her sister Fay Korn (Marc). She is survived by: her children, Karen Roch (Douglas) of Farmington and Robert Zeldis of Canton; her grandchildren, Jennifer Avedisian (David), Eric Roch, Rebecca Brady (John) and Dr. Tracy Zeldis (Tim Slater); her great grandchildren, Benjamin Avedisian, Lauren Avedisian, Alexa Brady, Hannah Roch and Genevieve Slater; and her sister Marcia Talley of Michigan.
