He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kulikowski and Evelyn Kulikowski (Gavalis). He is survived by: his wife Barbara Kulikowski (Bent); his daughters, Christine Mitchell (Chris) of Torrington and Amy Kulikowski of Colebrook; his stepchildren, Jim Chakulski of Columbia, Stacy Quirk (Brad) of Southwick, MA and Amy Janco (Paul) of New Hartford; his siblings, Edward Kulikowski of Tavares, FL and Rosanne Lamson (Reggie) of Salisbury; and his grandchildren, Emily, Paige, George, Jacob and MacKenzie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
