He is survived by: his spouse Kim Begin (Mitchell); his son Evan Mitchell Begin (Brenda Karaskewski) of Illinois; his grandchildren, Jett Thomas Begin and Charle Anne Begin; his daughter Cara Begin Docker of Baltic; his sister Elaine Skiles (George) of Old Lyme; and his siblings-in-law, Lesley Mitchell Jones of Fort Lauderdale, Florida and Charles Mitchell (Anne) of Simsbury.
