He is survived by : his children, Wendy DeRoode (Gene) of New Hartford, Shelly Ritchie (Michael Biondi) of Treasure Island, FL and Edward Connors (Amy Harrigan) of Barkhamsted; his grandchildren, Jared Sullenberger, Leah Sullenberger, Amanda Ritchie, Elijah Connors and Tristan Connors; his great grandchildren, Riley Sullenberger, Brentley Wells and Cayden Wells; and his sister Mary Murdock of Scottdale, PA..
