He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Matyjasik and Julia Matyjasik (Sierakowski); and his brother Chester Matyjasik. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Matyjasik (Biscoe) of Union City, CT.; and his children, Donna Yorty of Wakefield, RI, Leonard Matyjasik of Ocala, FL and Karen Holupka of Medway, MA. He is also survived by spouses and 5 grandchildren.
