He was predeceased by : his parents, Savino Muggeo and Anna Muggeo (Mundo); and his brothers, Charles, Thomas and Dominick Muggeo.

He is survived by : his wife Barbara Muggeo (LeMoine); his children, Linda Gejda (Michael) of Beacon Falls, Laura Mooney (James) of Orange, Michael Muggeo, Jr. (Christine), Thomas Muggeo (Patricia) of Beacon Falls and Frank Muggeo (Joelle); and his siblings, Frank Muggeo, Margaret German and Phyllis Walters. He is also survived by grandchildren, 4 cherished great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
