She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Koval and Veronica Koval; her brother Richard Koval; and her grandson Michael Maiette. She is survived by: her husband Thomas C. Kuzia; her children, Thomas J. Kuzia (Jacqueline) of Cape Coral, FL, Judi Eaves (Andrew Eaves) of Avon, CT and Nancy B. Lallier of Wallingford, CT.; her grandchildren, Deina Mayo, Joseph Kuzia, Nicholas Kuzia, Heather Dance and Briley Peters; and her cousin Robert Bernaitis. She is also survived by 2 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
