It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Matan of Beacon Falls, Connecticut, born in Waterbury, Connecticut, who passed away on September 28, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Frank Matan, Sr. and Anna Matan (Lukasik); and his daughter Kim Matan. He is survived by : his wife Cece (Guillette) of Mary's Hospital; his sons, Elio of Naugatuck and Thomas Matan, Jr. of Naugatuck; his stepdaughter Christine Sagamang (Dale) of Lynn, MA; and his brother Frank Matan, Jr. (Theodora "Teddy") of Naugatuck. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
