She was predeceased by: her parents, George Hubbs and Anna Hubbs (Bodmann); her husband Treadwell M. Lewis II; and her siblings, Gladys, Henry, Charles and Arthur.

She is survived by: her sons, Rev. Treadwell Lewis III (Carole) and Townsend Lewis; her grandchildren, Charissa (Nathanael Bass) and Treadwell IV (Lina Lewis-Obregoso); and her nephews, Jeffrey, Eric (Rita) and Thomas.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Anne's memory may be made to the Ladies Ancient Order of Hibernians.
