He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas W. Delaney and Joyce Delaney (Johnson); and his stepson Patrick Troy. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Delaney of Bethel; his sister Patricia Ann Delaney of Florida; his children, Erin Bond, Carrie Delaney, Robin Delaney, Dawn Martinez and Thomas J. Delaney; and his stepson David Troy. He is also survived by his 11 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren.
