She was predeceased by: her parents, Ned Hoskins and Cecilia Hoskins (Poulin); her husband Melvin Stevens; and her siblings, Jerry, Harold, George Hoskins and June Nelson.
She is survived by: her children, Carol Fisher, Lori Dutko of Meriden and Paul E. Stevens of Simsbury; and her grandchildren, Michael Dutko (Christy), Peter Dutko, Brian Dutko (Laura), Gary Johnson, Brenden Johnson (Jennifer), Marie Columna, Christian Johnson, Matthews Stevens (Rayah Martin) and Jessica LaMothe. She is also survived by sixteen great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Doolittle Funeral Home (14 Old Church St, Middletown, CT 06457). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Cecilia's memory may be made to the United Methodist Church of Hartford, 571 Farmington Avenue, Hartford CT 06105.
