He is survived by : his children, Frederick Theodore of Charlotte, NC, Jerome Mack of East Windsor, CT, Johnny Wilson of West Hartford, CT, Jeffrey Mack of Bloomfield, CT, Travis Shorter of Memphis, TN, Deboris Brantley of Oak Lawn, IL, Ann Jackson of Bloomfield, CT. and Juanita Mack of Bloomfield, CT.; and his siblings, Vonnie Brown of Charlotte, NC, Jimmie Brown of Laurens, SC, Judy Richardson of Charlotte, NC and Idalia Brown of Fayetteville, NC. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hopewell Baptist Church (280 Windsor Ave, Windsor, CT 06095). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 at the Mount Saint Benedict Cemetery (1 Cottage Grove Rd, Bloomfield, CT 06002).
