She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Cusick and Mildred Cusick (Semeska); her husband Ronald F. Smith, Sr.; and her children, Ronald Smith, Jr. and Carol Ann Smith.
She is survived by: her sons, David Smith of Bloomfield, CT and Michael Smith of Bloomfield, CT; her grandson Alexander Paul Smith; and her siblings, Janet Rey, Joan Gamache, Joseph Cusick and Jerome Cusick.
