She was predeceased by: her daughter Darlene; and her parents, Samuel Flintroy and Willie Lou Flintroy (Milner). She is survived by: her husband Jerry Bilbo; and her children, Jerry (Nathan Frailey) of New Hampshire, Jermaine (Taika Muth) of Windsor Locks and Charlene of Bloomfield. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Faith and Glory Church (752 Bloomfield Ave, Windsor, CT 06095). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
