She was predeceased by: her spouse Lauton C. Sanders; her parents, Rachel Morrison and George Simmons; and her siblings, Willie Bee Keith, Sr., Nathaniel Keith, Sr., Fert Keith, Lorenzo Keith, Sr., Vince E. Keith, Sr. and Clary A. West.
She is survived by: her children, Anthony Hamilton, Coretta Blume (John), Dr. Katrina Sanders, Stacey S. Franklin (Christopher) and Kevin Sanders; her siblings, Aaron Keith, Zebby Keith, Eddie Lee Keith (Anita) and Josie L. Williams; her uncles, Elijah E. Simmons and Francis Simmons (Mary); and her aunt Rebecca Simmons. She is also survived by extended family and many dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, a scholarship will be established at a future date in memory of Patricia M. Sanders for a graduating high school senior of Bethel AME Church.
