He was predeceased by: his parents, George Butch and Shirlee Butch (Loveland); his sisters, Jeannie Butch and Kathy Butch; and his grandson Derrick Lawson.
He is survived by: his spouse Mary-Ann Butch (Michalman); his daughters, Lori-Ann Canny (Brendan) of Bloomfield, Sherry Lawson (Joe Hodge) of Waterford, Susan Pitz (Drew) of Bloomfield and Cindy Thomsen (Dan) of Granby; his grandchildren, James Lawson, Madilyn Peci (Migert), Sam Lawson, Brianna Canny, Kaitlyn Thomsen and Chloe Thomsen; his great grandchild Livi Jeanne Peci; his brothers, George E. Butch, Jr. (Judy), Larry R. Butch, Sr. (Sheila) and Alan S. Butch; his brother-in-law Roger Michalman (Terry); and his close friend Jeff Nielson (Terry). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and other friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Carmon Funeral Home (807 Bloomfield Ave, Windsor, CT 06095). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Church (26 Wintonbury Ave, Bloomfield, CT 06002).
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Ralph may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
