He was predeceased by: his parents, David Small and Freda Small (Meirowitz). He is survived by: his wife Arline (Kaplan); his children, Mark (Kerry Rosenthal) and Debbie Swartz (Richard); his grandchildren, David, Elizabeth, Rachel, Gabrielle and Isaac; his great grandchildren, Maya, Reese, Theo, Wesley and Samuel; his brother Gilbert; and his sister-in-law Ruth Small.
