She was predeceased by: her parents, Evangelist Edna G. Banks and Minister Vernon G. Davis, Sr.. She is survived by: her son John Gregory Palmer, Jr.; her siblings, Gerald L. Davis of Hartford, CT, Tonette Davis-Henriques (Curnal) of Bloomfield, CT, Lisa Banks (Nzechi Julius), Gerri Ward of Rocky Hill, CT and Gina Davis of Virginia Beach, VA; her cousin Damon McCrary of South Windsor, CT; and her close friend Marilyn Logan.
