He was predeceased by: his father Robert Coughlin. He is survived by: his mother Joanne Coughlin; his brother Brian (Annette) of East Hartford; his nieces, Megan and Brianna Coughlin; and his great-nephews, Ryder and Levi.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made in Todd's name to the American Heart Assocation.
