He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Rascati and Caterina Rascati (Ferrara); his wife Joan Rascati (Casella); and his siblings, Salvatore Rascati and Mary Alling.
He is survived by: his children, Ronald Rascati of Branford, Catherine Rascati (Doug Payne) of Branford and Richard Rascati (Jamie Cote) of East Haven; and his sister Concetta Frase (Lawrence) of Branford. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A reception will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Clancy-Palumbo Funeral Home (43 Kirkham Ave, East Haven, CT 06512). A burial will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at the St. Agnes Cemetery (295 E Main St, Branford, CT 06405).
