He was predeceased by: his parents, Lorenzo Fasulo and Rosalina Fasulo. He is survived by: his siblings, Rita Prota (Stephen), Libero Fasulo and Louise D'Amico (Joe); his nieces and nephews, Christine, Stephanie (Michele), Gabrielle (Edward), Briana (Joseph), Joseph, William, Lorenzo, III, Michael and Shelbie (Dallas); his great-niece Giovanna; and his nephew Luca.
