She was predeceased by: her husband Norman Colburn; her siblings, Alice Johnson, Doris Gargone and Donald Hansen; and her parents, Oscar Hansen and Julia Peterson Hansen.
She is survived by: her children, Elaine Colburn-Tucker (Jon) of Branford, Pamela Kerpen (Jack) of Branford and Norman R. "Ricky" Colburn Jr. (Kimberly Mangs-Colburn) of Branford. She is also survived by six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
