It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Barbara Giordano of Branford, Connecticut, who passed away on April 26, 2026, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Juliano and Josephine Sobol (DePetto); her stepfather Stanley Sobol; her husband Eugene R. Giordano; her close friend Edward P. Hinman Jr.; and her siblings, Peter Juliano and Donna Milano.
She is survived by: her son Robert K. Mongillo Jr. (Pamela) of Guilford; her stepsons, Nicholas Giordano (Pamela) of Hamden and Michael Giordano of Indian Shores, Florida; her grandchildren, Anthony Mongillo, Nicholas Giordano (Ellexus), Douglas Giordano and Julianne Scanlon (Thomas); her great grandchildren, Adelynn and Dacre Giordano; and her sisters, Joyce Morrisey (Tony Klimas, Jr.) of West Haven and Patricia Dostie of Guilford. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
