We are sad to announce that on September 16, 2023, at the age of 79, Barbara Neal of Branford, Connecticut, born in New Haven, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Tefft and Bernice Fenn Tefft; and her close friend Michael Nair. She is survived by: her son Harry Matthew Neal (Amy T. Neal); her grandchildren, William Noah, Thomas G. Neal and Catherine E. Chica (Luis); her sister Jacqueline Patenaude (Don); and her sibling's children, Danny, Missy, Sue and Kim.
