He is survived by: his son Robert Flynn, Jr.; his granddaughter Sara Grace Flynn; his brother Edward Flynn, Jr. of New Haven; his brother-in-law Salvatore Follo, Sr. of East Haven; his nieces and nephews, Doreen Gambarella, Kathleen DelVisco, Marie Follo, Joanne Follo, Maryanne Croche, Edward Flynn III, Martin Flynn, Jr., Salvatore Follo, Jr. and Joseph Follo; and his friend Doreen Dombrowski.
