He is survived by: his siblings, Robert (Virginia) and Geraldine Ifkovic; his sons, Jonathan (Xia) and Eric Tang (Julie); his grandchildren, Christopher, Liam Tang and Emily Tang; his nieces, Diane Ifkovic (late Albert Lara) and Denise Ifkovic; his great-niece Kamila Koralasbayev; and his great-nephews, Alex and Matthew Lara.

Memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
