We are sad to announce that on March 6, 2024, at the age of 88, Ellen Hess of Branford, Connecticut, born in Shelton, Connecticut passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ellen Hess to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, John Alfred and Catherine Bartlett Hess; and her brothers, John Alfred Hess, Jr. and Charles Hess. She is survived by : her nephews, Stephen Hess (Kathleen Hess Hoyt), David Hess (Elizabeth Bruenn) and John A. Hess, III.

The family has requested that remembrances be made in the form of contributions to St. John Bosco Women's Group, c/o the church.
