He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Myjak and Agnes Myjak (Majchrzak); and his siblings, John Myjak, Walter Myjak, Joseph Myjak, Thomas Myjak, Anthony Myjak, Stanley Myjak, Anna Kornacki, Stella Myjak, Joesphine Hribko, Mary Saneski, Helen Myjak and Rose Myjak.
He is survived by: his wife Judith Myjak; his children, Kim Myjak Leder of Durham, Kevin Myjak (Beth) of Cheshire, CT, Janelle Occhiboi (Peter) of Guilford, CT and Laura Sohl Grigor of Madison, CT.; his grandchildren, Justin Myjak (Caitlyn) of Bristol, CT, Samantha Bick (Philip) of Chapel Hill, N. C., Constance Leder of Chapel Hill, N. C., Alyssa Occhiboi of Brooklyn, N. Y., Bryanna Occhiboi of Oahu, HI and Magnus Grigor of Madison, CT.; his brother Lawrence; and his sister-in-law Joan Milliken. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nephews, extended family, and many friends.
