He was predeceased by: his parents, James H. Butler and Eleanor Butler (Conner); his wife Linda Butler (Alogna); and his brother Charles B. Butler. He is survived by: his sons, Jim Butler (Lisa) and Chris Butler; his grandchildren, Jacob, Caylee, Amelia and Sarah; his siblings, Mary E. Numa (Stewart) and John P. Butler (Lori); his sisters-in-law, Helen Butler and Leigh Alogna Duff (William); and his pets, Rocky and Finley.
