Hull of St. Louis, MO; his stepmother Joan Stygles Hull of Arundel, ME; his sisters-in-law, Ania Prawdzik Hull and Tania Fagaly Hull; his nephews, Justin, Charles and Colin Hull; and his niece Daphne.
