He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Liam and Delaney; his mother Margaret Cotter; his siblings, Robert Cotter (Donna) of North Branford and Katie Kelly (Chris) of Titusville, FL; his sister-in-law Barbara Feder (Sam) of Cranston, RI.; and his nieces and nephews, Robin, Jessica Feder, Caitlin Castellanete, Robert Cotter Jr., Christopher Cotter and Griffin Cotter. He is also survived by many aunts, cousins, and wonderful friends.
