He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Ciaffone and Julia Rubano Ciaffone; his daughter Marcelle Terese Ciaffone; and his siblings, Philomena Turcotte and Frank Ciaffone.
He is survived by: his wife Lillian Guliano Ciaffone of Branford; his daughters, Janet Smith (Peter) of Middletown Ct and Julie Ricci (Gregory) of Gilbert, AZ; and his grandchildren, Gregory Ricci Jr. (Addie), Patrick Smith, Stephanie Hines (Joshua), Emily Wolfangel (Timothy) and Nicholas Ricci. He is also survived by three great- grandchildren.
