She was predeceased by: her husband Eugene Dombrowski; her parents, Patrick Langan and Anna O'Regan Langan; and her great grandchild Annelise. She is survived by: her sister Marie McHale of Hamden; her children, Joseph Dombrowski (Lisa) of Hamden, Mary Pasquariello (Louis) of North Haven, Paul Dombrowski (Ann) of East Haven, Gerald Dombrowski (Deborah) of Orange and Eugene Dombrowski (Houmira Aziz) of Hamden; her grandchildren, David, Catherine, Maria, Sabrina, Michele, Paul, Matt, Ryan and Alison; and her great grandchildren, Nico, Alana, Anthony, Anderson, Lucia, Celestina, Faith, Amelia, Noah, Carter and Colton.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Kathleen's memory can be made to the Connecticut Humane Society or Connecticut Hospice.
