Stephen Rojcewicz wrote a sympathy message

“Leo was expert in the smaller towns of Connecticut. While driving to the town center, he would comment on the architecture and the citizens. Leo said this while driving, usually facing us instead of the road. I especially remember Leo going to the Publick House in Sturbridge, and bringing us to Tanglewood in western Massachusetts for a play or a musical performance. My homage to Leo’s generosity, companionship, and enthusiasm will last for the rest of my life. Steve Rojcewicz”

Stephen Rojcewicz wrote a sympathy message

“I will always remember Leo’s generosity. When I was in medical school in the 1960s Leo would send me cash, often $20. When I thanked him by writing that this would cover several meals, he replied that the money was for treating myself for one good meal. After Mary Alice and I were married during my fourth year of school, we would sometimes stop at Leo and Mary’s apartment in Bridgeport, CT. Ever gracious, they would prepare a wonderful meal, leaving us with many fond memories. Steve R”
