It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mary Tomasello of Branford, Connecticut, born in Montréal, Québec, who passed away on September 16, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Santo P. Tomasello; and her siblings, Jessie Berladyn, Ann Hill, William and Walter Berladyn.

She is survived by: her children, Mary Jane Ruthven (Gregory) of Woodbury, Fred Tomasello (Stephanie) of Branford, Paula Fraenza (Anthony) of Branford and Joseph Tomasello (Evelyn) of East Haven; her grandchildren, Michael Fraenza (Alicia), Christopher Fraenza (Nicole) of Daniel Ruthven, MD, Maria Tamsin (Michael), Marisa (Ryan Stagg MD), Alex, Adrianna, Elise, Nicholas and Mia Tomasello; her great grandchildren, Julia, Anthony, Francesca Fraenza, Luca and Gabriella Tamsin; and her sister Barbara Bachynsky of Toronto. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
