He was predeceased by: his wife Ellen McDonnell Ferguson; and his siblings, William F. Ferguson of Orange, CT and Patricia Ferguson Brady of Newport, NH.. He is survived by: his son Niall Ferguson (Elizabeth Ferguson) of Branford; and his grandchildren, Charles McDonnell Ferguson, Henry Downes Ferguson and Ellen Sheridan Ferguson.
