Rosina DeJager Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rosina DeJager of Branford, Connecticut, born in Fairmont, West Virginia, who passed away on January 10, 2023, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband John DeJager; and her siblings, Carmine Latrecchia, Angelina Morrizo and Anna Haight. She is survived by: her children, Carmelene Joncas (Armand) of Branford, Sadiann Ozment (Jody) of Branford, Joann McIntosh (Rod) of Branford and Otto J. DeJager (Michelle) of New Jersey; and her brothers-in-law, Peter DeJager (Gwyneth) and James Cox. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 3 step-grandchildren, and 17 great-grandchildren.
During the Covid 19 pandemic, she sewed and generously distributed more than 200 masks.
