He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Anthony Gargano and Evelyn Marianne DeMatteo Smith; and his brother Anthony Gargano. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Damstetter Gargano; his son Vincent Anthony Gargano (Ashley Horvath); his siblings, Stanley Smith, Anthony DeMatteo (Tony), Donna Raddatz, Teresa Vercillo, Bella Gargano and Angelina DiVerniero; and his brother-in-law Anthony DiVerniero (Tony). He is also survived by 6 nephews and one niece.
