He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Willie Moore and Celia Moore; his sons, Perry Moore of Sumter, SC, William C Moore Jr. (Wilson) and Levern Graham of Kingstreet, SC.; his sister Louise (Thomas) of Washington; and his daughter Ann Moore. He was also cherished by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
