He was predeceased by: his parents, Gloria Raccio, and William C. Raccio, Sr.. He is survived by: his sisters, Nancy Robak (Ted) and Anne Baker (Jim); and his nieces and nephews, Matthew Strucaly, TJ Robak (Kristen), Robert Robak, Joseph Baker, Stephanie Strucaly and Jessica Ziolko (John).
