She was predeceased by: her parents, Julio Padilla and Luz Garcia; and her pet Penelope. She is survived by: her son Sammy Acosta (Shaneeza); her niece Jayda Tobin; her siblings, Carlos R. Martinez (Sorina), Santa Ayala, Miriam Perez (Jose), Lebby Mercado (Jose) and Elizabeth Soto (Isaias); and her close friend Rick Borishko. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
