He was predeceased by: his parents, Amparo Rivera and Salustiana Cepeda; the mother of his children Haydee R. Orchart of El Barrio, NY; and his sister Carmen Luz Rivera. He is survived by: his children, Brenda Rivera of Allentown, PA., Erika Rivera Cruz of Allentown, PA. and Jonathan; his brother Jose "Victor" Rivera; his sister-in-law Rosa Rivera of Bridgeport, CT; his siblings, Milagros Rivera of Philadelphia, PA and Jose Antonio Rivera of Salinas, PR; and his great grandchild Jayda. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, extended family and friends.
