It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Angeline Caruso Schillaci of Bridgeport, Connecticut, who passed away on April 14, 2022, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Caruso and Frances Caruso; her husband Alex; her siblings, Caroline Wakefield, Rose Iodice, Rita Quatrella and Joseph Caruso; and her great grandchild Aiden Alexander Mahoney.
She is survived by: her children, Joan DiMatteo, Frances Mahoney, Rosemary Pagliaro and Alexander Schillaci, Jr. (Sue); her grandchildren, Thomas Mahoney (Lauren), Richard Mahoney (Yvonne), Michelle Pagliaro, Michael Pagliaro (Lirjona), Alexander W. Schillaci, Sara Schillaci and Steven Schillaci; her great grandchildren, Gabriella, Samantha, Cameron, Thomas, Landon Mahoney and Luna Pagliaro; her friend Father Gene Szantyr; and also, Eric and Ivette Cabrera. She is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
